3. User Accounts

• Trainix is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from your use of the Service
• You should stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or other symptoms

6. AI-Generated Content

Trainix uses artificial intelligence to generate workout plans and recommendations. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only
• AI recommendations may not be suitable for everyone
• You are responsible for evaluating and adapting AI suggestions to your individual needs
• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from following AI-generated recommendations

7. Third-Party Integrations

Trainix may integrate with third-party services such as Garmin Connect, Strava, Apple Health, and Google Fit. When you connect these services:

• You authorize us to access and use data from these services as permitted by their terms
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of these third-party providers
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services
• You can disconnect third-party integrations at any time

8. Subscription and Payment

8.1 Subscription Plans

Trainix may offer subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscription terms, including pricing, billing cycles, and features, are subject to change with notice.

8.2 Payment

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google). You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees.

8.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the app store where you purchased the subscription.

8.4 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) where you made your purchase. We do not provide direct refunds for in-app purchases.
